XI Weekend

* Friday, 4th of March (evening) to Sunday, 6th of March (midday)
* The event will take place in the Vienna office (Paniglgasse 16/1 1040 Wien). If you don’t live in Vienna, you will be hosted by members of LC BOKU and Vienna (or maybe just stay overnight in the office). There will be the opportunity to join online as well.
* If you participate on site, vaccination according to current regulations, as well as a negative PCR test not older than 48 hours (upon arrival) is necessary. If for some reasons you cannot do a PCR test, it is unreasonable (e.g. if they do not offer PCR tests in your home city), or you did not get the result soon enough, you can come with a negative Antigen test not older than 24 hours upon arrival as well (and maybe do a PCR test in Vienna?).
* We are also looking for people to host. You don’t need to participate in order to become a host.

  11.30 (?) XI Wizard by Franz (the creator of the XI Wizard), the XI wizard is a program that automatizes sending mails and thereby saves you a lot of time
  13.00 Lunch
  14.00 (?) How to conduct Info Talks by Sigrun (professional Human Resources Manager)
  16.00 (?) COBE ranking by Flora
  18.00 Dinner
  Party night

  Sunday morning:
  8.30 Brief introduction into law of aliens (Fremdenrecht) by Conny (IAESTE Austria Exchange Secretary)
  10.00 How to Summer Reception by Luis and Henri
  Departure after lunch
